FAQ

  • Where can I find the program of my event?
    The program of the event can be found in the “Program” or “Agenda” button. In it you will find the program detailed by day, time, room, topic and What’s on now?
  • How can I access my networking profile?
    To enter the Networking profile, you must have the credentials provided by the event organizer. They will be sent to the email address provided.
  • What should I do if I forget my access credentials?
    If you forget your credentials, you should contact the organizer of the event. event to provide them again.
  • What does the green sign with the legend “Updated data” mean at the top of my screen?
    The sign “Updated Data” will appear when there is new content to update in the app. If there is no updated content, the legend will say “no changes”.

 

Troubleshooting

  • The content of my application is not updated
    If this happens, you must close the application, reopen it and once inside, wait 5 seconds for the information of the app to update. Once the sign with the legend “Updated Data” appears, it means that your app is up to date. If the changes persist, contact the event organizer to evaluate the case.
  • I cannot enter with my credentials and they are valid
    If you have access to the form registration of the event, you can register again with another mailbox that you have access to. If you do not have another box, you should contact the event organizer to resolve the problem.
