Description: The Department of Environment and Development of the Escuela Agrícola Panamericana, Zamorano, together with the Interinstitutional Committee for Environmental Sciences (CICA) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (COSUDE), developed the Virtual Congress within the framework of the project “ Strengthening of University Management against Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction”. It included the participation of teachers and students from the universities through an interactive space of high academic level.
