Description: CIPDH and the CIDH, got together to develop a contest that was held from August 2 to 6, 2021, in which the topic “The right to defend rights: Human rights defenders” is addressed. The purpose of the Contest is to promote in-depth knowledge, awareness, and participation of young people in matters related to the protection and promotion of human rights, particularly within the framework of the Inter-American Human Rights System. It summoned 120 students from all over Latin America who competed for first place.
